Ray Diagram Practice

For each of the problems first use the necessary equations to determine the distance to the image, the height of the image and whether the image is real or virtual. Next use the information and the given geometric lines to again determine the si and the hi. You will use a compass from the cc to get the correct mirror shape. Think about the drawing before you begin. Three sample problems are given below.

1.) ho = 1 cm, concave, f = 3 cm, so = 5 cm (use a parallel ray and a principal focus ray) (solution)
